We have some of the finest produce on the planet here in Jersey with its wonderful micro-climate. A friend of mine owns a lovely little farm in the north of the island on which he grows some of the finest wild mushrooms and has a beautiful raft of free-range ducks that produce the most amazing fresh eggs with the deepest of golden yolks.
