Baccus Dry 2014
We were thrilled to release our first all Bacchus wine, something we have been looking to do for a long time. The vines were planted in 2009 and are now bearing fruit which echos the elderflower, apple blossom and hedgerows of rural England. EVA Bronze Medal 2015.

Baccus Dry 2015
We allowed this wine to spend the night on its skins to emphasise the characteristics of this “native” variety. Compare it with the 2014! EAVA Bronze Medal 2016.

Hazel End 2009
From a year of lush ripeness; not for those with a sweet tooth but its balanced acidity, softened by bottle age, will go particularly well with fried or grilled fish. Made at Shawsgate in Suffolk. Cork closure.

Three Squirrels Brut 2014
Started at Shawsgate and finished by Dermot Sugrue, Wiston Estate’s Decanter gold medal winner in 2014. Instead of the usual French grapes, this lively sparkler is made from a unique blend of Muller Thurgau, Huxelrebe and Reichensteiner from vines averaging 25 years old resulting in an acidity and minerality which many prefer to its better known rivals. Great now but will benefit from further bottle age. EAVA Silver Medal 2017
