Originally set up to publish books to help photographers develop their skills, Oliver Cameron Publishing has sold tens of thousands of books globally. The company is now focussed on food and drink publishing taking us back to our founders roots. David worked in a Michelin starred restaurant for many years before opening his own fine wine merchants. His passion for books came from a commission to write a book on Australian Wine (his specialism) from a major publisher, having been written about in the Financial Times.
